BOB SADINO

That famous entrepreneur started all his businesses from a point he called the turning point.  Initially he gave up all the comforts he had while living in the Netherlands.  Bob Sadino who is often called Om Bob returned to Indonesia and tried to live "poor" he said, "I want to be poor!"  This story happened in 1967 years which became a turning point in the life of Bob Sadino.  Since 1958 the was man born in Lampung has been working and living in Germany and the Netherlands and working in an expedition company that makes Bob Sadino often travel to various countries.
  
  Bob Sadino wanted to try poor and returned to Jakarta with two Mercedes cars he had worked with.  One car was sold to make ends meet and the other car was used to be a dark taxi.  But one day the car had an accident and was badly damaged, finally they were confused about what to do.  Even so, Bob still forbids his wife to work because he thinks he is the backbone of a poor family's choice of life really lived without complaining he works whatever.  Ranging from traders to coolie buildings.

 Bob started his business by selling eggs.  He and his wife went around selling eggs from door to door every day.  This husband and wife never give up and continue to sell in the Kemang area and until the business develops to become several companies.


 Bob has several principles about how he became successful.  He said that looking for failure because failure is the trigger of success and success is the peak of failure.  In addition, Bob Sadino also taught that we must be able to provide what people need.  Even when criticized we should not be angry, but make it as input to be better.

 I chose this character because I was impressed with his struggle where he never gave up and complained, but he always tried, tried, and tried.  He is also always open to employees who encourage their employees to work there.  He also has an entrepreneurial spirit.  And when I grow up, I also want to be a successful businessman like him.
